This module allows user to manage their portfolio of projects and properties including their occupancy, ownership, size and other information. User can Keep track of new spaces to be acquired and existing spaces to be disposed. User will get auto update of the information when a move is completed. User can track leases, subleases and their related transactions. Auto generation of Email/SMS notifications and alerts on all critical lease dates, notices and payments. User can have great control on their occupancy and vacancies. This module is comprised of property/project management, lease management and rental management. |

This module enables to create and maintain tenancy agreements, track payments and generate statements. User will get automated Email/SMS alerts for rent due, late payment, payment received and expiry of tenancy agreement. User can manage extending / shortening of tenancy agreement. |
