Preamble to project

CRM Integration for the project gives the automatic updating the information from the Prospect Registration. Now you can define the responsible person for each project, define unlimited information for the projects. Make Billable to flow the information to make Project invoice at the Finance Module.

Project Team

Quadra Architect allows the user to create an unlimited number of Project Teams for specific types of Projects. Teams are comprised of Employees, their Roles, Sub consultants and Types, Billing Rates and Approval authority. Now an entire team of employees and Sub Consultant can be added to a Project in one step.

Milestones

Quadra Architect allows the user to define the milestones based on Projects and RFP. This will give the user to enter the timesheet and to create the Project invoice. You can upload the milestones from the masters. You can define the LOI Milestones with the percentage for the invoice booking.

Timesheet Management

Quadra Architect allows you to easily manage employee timesheets and expenses, approve timesheets and calculate payrolls, track project time and costs and prepare invoices based on tasks of employees and contractors rates. You can also view the total time entered on the Timesheet each week. With these Time Tracking features, you can complete your Online Timesheets in minutes. And using the "Copy previous week" button, you can copy the previous weeks Online Timesheet into the current week, to save you time filling it in. It is not just another time and attendance system, but it's a web based timesheet and project tracking application designed to satisfy both project management and finance at the same time, making your organization more efficient and reliable.

Finance and Accounts

Quadra Architect gives the integrated finance with other modules with the automatic postings. It gives to manage, track and maintain financial health of the enterprise. Financial Accounting is comprised of accounts creation, entity mapping, integrated financials, accounting and MIS.

HRMS

Quadra Architect HRMS provides a link between HRM and Finance Module under one large roof. HRMS is comprised of payroll, employee training, selection, appraisal, leave, bonus, incentive, loan, expense reimbursement, final settlement and TDS. In this you can directly configure mails to employee, applicant, and consultants respectively.

MIS

Quadra Architect MIS provides a link to all other modules with the important reports. You will get MIS reports for enquiry vs. conversion, plan vs. actual, birds eye view, trial balance, balance sheet, financial reports, tax reports and many more.

Dashboard

Quadra Architect dashboard gives you an easy view of the status to plan your day. Using the Dashboard you can identify those projects which are on track and those that are behind. This User Views give the detail checklist related to documents, Tasks, Team Bulletin, Current Activities, Milestones and the Projects.
